Troubleshooting Missing or Delayed Results
If you are unable to locate your results:
Check whether your ZOE app is updated to the latest version.
Revisit the 'Profile' section as outlined in the access guide above.
If your results still aren’t visible, explore the Community feature within the ZOE app:
Navigate to the 'Community 💬' tab in the app's bottom-right corner.
Engage with clubs like 'Gut health' or 'Gut microbiome' for peer support and further advice. For unresolved issues, consider reaching out to ZOE Support for additional assistance.
Similarly to your original results, your retest results will conveniently be delivered within the Zoe app. To view your retest results in the app, ensure the ZOE app is updated to the latest version. Navigate to the 'Profile' section by tapping the 'Profile' icon at the top-right corner, and then select 'Microbiome results.'
When ready, the retest results will appear in the ZOE app with an updated microbiome result date, allowing you to easily track when your results are ready. Members also receive notifications in the app once results are ready. If you encounter difficulties in locating your results, ensure your ZOE app is updated, and revisit the 'Profile' section. Additionally, you can explore the 'Community 💬' tab in the app for peer help or contact ZOE Support for assistance.
