How to attach your availability to a service?

Learn how to add availability constraints to your service

Inform your clients about when they can access your service by linking your availability directly to the service! You can use your default availability or create a custom availability in the Schedule section on your Zoee account.

Manage Schedules:

  1. To edit your availability, go to Schedule located on the Navigation Panel.

  2. Click on Availability. You have the option to use the default availability schedule or you can add a new schedule.

    • Don't forget to double-check the timezone so that your times are accurate.

  3. Lastly, don’t forget to click Save.

Attach Availability to a Service:

  1. To attach your availability to a service, go to My Services on the Manage Page.

  2. Click on Create a Service.

  3. Select from 1:1 Coaching Service or Group Coaching Service.

  4. Locate the drop-down menu for Availability.

    • Here you can attach your desired availability for your service.

  5. Fill out the rest of the Service information.

  6. Once you press Create Service your availability will be linked to that service!
