Welcome to Zoee, the premier coaching marketplace connecting clients with skilled coaches. Our commitment is to facilitate transformative coaching experiences. To ensure the sustainability and growth of our platform, we have established the following commission fee terms:

Marketplace Commission Fee terms are currently in Beta and are subject to change.

1. Finders Fee:

  • When a client finds and hires a coach on the Zoee marketplace, Zoee will charge a commission fee.

  • The commission fee is set at 20% of the total service cost for each coach hired.

2. Subsequent Coach Hires:

  • In the event that a client engages with additional coaches on the Zoee platform, a 15% commission fee will be applied for each new coach hired.

  • Zoee will continue to charge the 20% commission fee for every subsequent coach engagement for the life of that specific client.

3. Fee Deduction from Coaches:

  • The commission fee is deducted from the coach's earnings, not the client's payment.

  • Zoee ensures that coaches receive their net earnings after the deduction of the 15% finder's fee.

4. Seamless Transactions:

  • Zoee strives to provide a seamless and transparent transaction process for both clients and coaches.

  • The commission fee is automatically deducted from the coach's earnings at the time of payment, ensuring a hassle-free experience.

5. Fee Redistribution:

  • Zoee uses the commission fees to invest in platform enhancements, marketing, and maintaining a high standard of service.

  • This redistribution ensures a vibrant and effective marketplace for both clients and coaches.

6. Clear Communication:

  • Zoee is committed to clear and open communication regarding commission fees.

  • Any updates or changes to the fee structure will be communicated to users in advance.

7. Refund Policy:

  • The commission fee is non-refundable once a coaching service has been engaged and paid for on the Zoee platform.

  • Zoee, however, will address any concerns related to the quality of coaching services through our support channels.

8. Continuous Support:

  • Zoee provides continuous support to both clients and coaches to address inquiries related to commission fees or any other aspects of the platform.
