What is a Physical Video Book and how does it relate to my Zoog videos?
We're thrilled to introduce a magical way to cherish and share your Zoog creations! A Physical Video Book is a beautiful, tangible book with an integrated screen that automatically plays your Zoog video (with sound!) when the cover is opened. It's like a traditional photo album, but alive with the joy of your interactive Zoog stories.
Through our partnership with Heirloom, a leader in video book creation, you can now easily transform your favorite Zoog videos into these unique, heartfelt gifts. Imagine your loved ones opening a book to instantly see and hear your stories or songs, without needing any devices or internet connection.
How do I turn my Zoog video into a Physical Video Book?
The process is simple and integrated right within the Zoog app!
Find an Eligible Video: Look for a Zoog song or completed book you've created. Eligible videos will have either a yellow button labeled "Make a Video Book" or an option to "Make a Video Book" within the three-dots menu.
Learn More & Initiate Order: Tapping on "Make a Video Book" will open a screen with more details about the feature. When you're ready, tap the "Send as a Video Book" button.
Complete Your Purchase: You'll be taken to a secure purchase screen where you'll need to enter your email, a special message to be included with the book, the shipping address, and your payment method.
Heirloom Does the Rest: Once your order is placed, Heirloom takes over. They will professionally produce your physical video book with your chosen Zoog video pre-loaded, and then ship it directly to you or your loved one's doorstep.
What are the limitations for creating a Physical Video Book?
Please note the following initial limitations for this new feature:
Availability: This feature is currently available only to Zoog users located in the United States. We hope to expand to more regions in the future.
Video Length: You can turn one Zoog video (maximum of 10 minutes in length) into a 10-minute Heirloom video book.
Video Type: At this time, only Zoog songs and completed books are eligible to be turned into Physical Video Books. Other Zoog content types may become available in the future.
Can I send the Physical Video Book directly to a loved one?
Yes, absolutely! During the checkout process within the Zoog app, you will have the option to enter a separate shipping address, allowing you to send the Physical Video Book directly as a gift to anyone within the United States.
What about order confirmation and shipping updates?
We'll keep you informed every step of the way!
Purchase Confirmation: Once your purchase is successful, you'll receive an email with your invoice and receipt.
Shipping Notification: As soon as your order is shipped, you'll get another email that includes a tracking link, so you can easily follow your Physical Video Book's journey to its destination.
What is the estimated delivery time for a Physical Video Book?
Production typically takes 2-3 business days. Shipping times will vary depending on the destination and the shipping option you select during checkout.
