What Does the Storage Plan Include?
With the Storage Plan, you can:

The Storage Plan is designed to keep your memories safe. You'll have access to our free video titles (aka, freebies), and you can upgrade to Zoog+ at any time for unlimited access to all titles and features.
What Happens If I'm Over My Storage Limit?
If your stored videos exceed your plan's limit, here's what you can expect:
We'll let you know — You'll receive a notification that some of your oldest videos are scheduled for removal, along with clear options to keep them safe.
You'll have 30 days to decide — During this time, your videos stay right where they are. Nothing changes while you choose what to do.
We'll send you reminders — We'll check in along the way so nothing catches you by surprise.
You're always in control — At any point during those 30 days, you can:
Upgrade to the Storage Plan or Zoog+ to keep everything safe
Download your videos to your device before the deadline
Free up space by removing videos you no longer need
Frequently Asked Questions
How do I know how much storage I'm using?
You can check your storage usage right inside the Zoog app. We'll also notify you if you're getting close to your limit.
I'm a Zoog+ subscriber. Does this affect me?
Not at all! Zoog+ includes unlimited storage along with all recording and creative features. Nothing changes for you.
I'm on the free plan and have more than 100 MB of videos. What happens now?
Don't worry — we won't delete anything without giving you plenty of notice. You'll receive notifications with a full 30-day window to decide what you'd like to do. You can upgrade, download your videos, or free up space at any time during that period.
Can I switch between plans?
Absolutely. You can upgrade from the Storage Plan to Zoog+ at any time to unlock recording and creative features. If you're on Zoog+ and want to switch to the Storage Plan, you can do that too.
What if I upgrade after my videos were removed?
We keep your videos stored securely for a period after they're removed from the app. If you upgrade during this time, we'll automatically restore them for you.
