If your local Facebook page belongs to the Global page structure (more on Global pages here), Facebook does not provide localized data for your fan base.

"Global Pages allow advertisers to provide localized versions of their content for their customers all over the world, but with one universal brand name, total fan count and vanity URL, and with global insights across their entire fan base."

This means that the Page fans graph in ZoomSphere will present results for your global page. 

Those are the same results you can see directly on your page.
