YOUTUBE comments are coming to Zoomsphere Customer Care module.

With the new update, you can connect your Youtube channels, and video comments you receive are then synced into the Open queue in Customer Care module.

You can reply to these comments directly from Zoomsphere, too. 😊

IMPORTANT

To be able to receive YouTube comments in Zoomsphere, it is necessary to reconnect your existing YouTube channels in your Master Account settings.
