To connect your Instagram Professional account to ZoomSphere, you need to ensure it is successfully linked to a Facebook Page due to the official Meta requirements and limitations applied to all third-party tools.

If your Instagram does not have a Facebook Page, you need to create a new one or even a Private one. Learn more.

If your Instagram does have a Facebook Page and yet you have trouble connecting it to ZoomSphere or the connection is disrupted, and some of the ZoomSphere apps are not working promptly, then most probably your Facebook Page got disconnected from your Instagram account in the Facebook Page Settings. To connect an Instagram account to a Facebook Page, ensure you have Full Control permission for the Facebook Page first. Learn more.

1. Switch to your Facebook Page, click "Manage," and then find in the left panel tab "Linked accounts."

2. In the Instagram tab, click the blue button "Connect Account." Then you will be redirected to Instagram, where you add your account login details and click the blue "Log In."

3. After entering your account credentials, Facebook will ask you a few necessary steps–here, just confirm everything.
