You have a seven-day window to answer Direct Messages in the Community Management App.
We received a special right from Facebook, and instead of 24 hours (as it used to be),
messages can be sent within 7 days after a user message.
It will make your job a bit easier, especially if you work in a company that receives messages on the weekends or you work with a high amount of messages coming at all times.
In the past, Facebook restricted third parties to answer DMs later than 24 hours. But we got an exception as a trusted tool for managing social media platforms, and it's a great reward for all the hard work we put into making our clients happy! 💛
