When it can be useful?
You have a new team member and want to help him to get started with the ZoomSphere ecosystem. In this case, firstly you need to set him access in your own settings and then you can easily check it by switching to the account of your new team member.
It can be useful in many cases. For example, your client is having issues with not seeing some app or data. In this case, you can easily switch into his account and see how the workspace looks from his point of view. It can be useful to understand a problem much better and resolve it.

As a master account, you can see all the teammates' and clients' settings. You can easily check them to make sure that all the settings are correct and that the client or your team member has all access needed.
