👉 The Monitoring app has two functions independent of each other. You can use both simultaneously, which is not a problem, but you will have different results from both in one stream.
Two functions:
Internal or external channels monitoring
Keyword monitoring
Internal or external channels monitoring
Monitoring of internal and external channels of social networks (1.) will give you results in the activity as a whole - posts and for internally connected Instagram and their organic comments as well.
Keyword Monitoring
Keyword Monitoring (2.) will search for these keywords (that you type in) in channels that are connected (even historically) to ZoomSphere, and we monitor several well-known and lesser-known sites on the Internet in which we search and provide you with these keywords. Then, we give the results.
💡 Please note that it is essential to correctly write your keywords/monitoring query in order to find results. You can learn more about it here.
💡 However, these two functionalities cannot be combined into one; for example, it cannot search for the keywords only in the internal or external channels. Monitoring will look for these keywords everywhere.
