Scheduler: Comment Collaboration

Discuss content directly within each post with your team and clients

Written by Karolina

Engage in thorough discussions and secure approvals for each post individually with your client or manager using the 'Discussion with Client' or 'Internal Comments' feature.

Discussion with Client

Accessible to users with roles of Client, Editor, and Admin.

Internal comments

Accessible only to users with the roles of Editor and Admin. Users with the Client role cannot access this room. 💡

Mentions

Mention teammates by typing '@' to send them email notifications, ensuring they don't miss any important comments. 🔔

💡 Who gets notified? A mention sends a notification only to users who have access to the Scheduler app where the post or idea is. If you mention someone without access to that app, they won't be notified. This applies to comments written in ZoomSphere and through ZoomSphere MCP.

Comment on Posts with Claude or ChatGPT (ZoomSphere MCP) 🤖

With ZoomSphere MCP, your AI assistant (Claude, ChatGPT or another MCP client) can read and add comments on your scheduled posts and ideas directly in ZoomSphere.

  • Both comment types: the assistant works with Internal comments (visible to your team only) and Discussion with Client (public comments, visible also to clients who approve the post).

  • Mentions with notifications: the assistant can mention a teammate or a client in a comment. The mentioned user gets the same notification as from the app (bell and email). This means you can ask a client to approve a post right from the chat.

  • Delete your own comments: the assistant can delete a comment you wrote on a post or idea. It can't delete comments written by other people.

  • Permissions: to read and write Internal comments through MCP, you need the Editor or Admin role on every channel of the post. If you're missing it, the assistant tells you which channel the role is missing on.

Example prompts:

  • "Summarize the internal comments on next week's Instagram posts."

  • "Add a comment to Friday's LinkedIn post for the client, mention Jana and ask her to approve it."

  • "Which posts have unanswered client comments?"

FAQ

Can Claude or ChatGPT comment on posts in ZoomSphere?

Yes. With ZoomSphere MCP, your AI assistant can read and add Internal comments and Discussion with Client comments on scheduled posts and ideas, and mention teammates or clients.

Does a mention from the AI assistant send a notification?

Yes. A user mentioned through ZoomSphere MCP gets the same bell and email notification as a mention written in the app, as long as they have access to the Scheduler app.

Why can't the assistant read or write internal comments on a post?

You need the Editor or Admin role on every channel the post is scheduled for. The assistant tells you which channel the role is missing on, and your Administrator can change it in Scheduler roles.
