We’re here to help if you’d like to cancel your Zumba App subscription. Please follow the steps below based on the platform you used to subscribe.
If you subscribed via Zumba.com:
Log in to your account on zumba.com using the email address linked to your subscription.
Navigate to My Account and manage your subscription directly from the website.
If you subscribed via Google Play:
Open the Google Play Store app on your Android device.
Tap your profile picture in the top-right corner.
Select Payments & Subscriptions, then choose Subscriptions.
Locate your Zumba App subscription.
Tap Cancel Subscription and follow the prompts to confirm.
If you subscribed via Apple (iPhone/iPad):
Open the Settings app on your device.
Tap your name at the top, then choose Subscriptions.
Find your Zumba App subscription in the list.
Tap Cancel Subscription and confirm your cancellation.
Important Notes:
Make sure to complete the cancellation on the platform you originally subscribed through. Once canceled, you won’t be charged again. However, you’ll retain access to the app until the end of the current billing period.
Please note, if your subscription bill is past due, you will not be able to cancel your subscription online, so please contact us at zumbaapp@zumba.com so we can assist you directly.
