How To Cancel Your Zumba App Subscription
We’re here to help if you’d like to cancel your Zumba App subscription. Please follow the steps below based on the platform you used to subscribe.
If you subscribed via Zumba.com:
Log in to your account on http://zumba.com .
Go to the Zumba Virtual+ section under Subscription.
Under Support, click Cancel subscription and follow the prompts.
If you subscribed via Google Play:
Open the Google Play Store on your device.
Tap your profile icon in the top right corner.
Select Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions.
Find the Zumba App and tap Cancel subscription.
If you subscribed via Apple (iPhone/iPad):
Open the Settings app on your device (not the App)
Tap your name at the top of the screen.
Select Subscriptions.
Locate the Zumba App subscription and tap on it.
Tap Cancel Subscription and confirm your choice.
Important Notes:
Make sure to complete the cancellation on the platform you originally subscribed through. Once canceled, you won’t be charged again. However, you’ll retain access to the app until the end of the current billing period.
Please note, if your subscription bill is past due, you will not be able to cancel your subscription online, so please contact us at zumbaapp@zumba.com so we can assist you directly.
