No, ZIN members cannot manage add-ons or memberships while their account is in delinquent status. To regain full access to account management, you must clear the outstanding balance and restore the account to an active status. Once the account is active, users can make necessary changes.
What steps should I take to remove an add-on if my account is delinquent?
If you wish to remove an add-on while your account is delinquent, the first step is to clear the outstanding balance to bring the account current. After the account is restored to active status, you can then request the removal of the add-on. Future months will then be adjusted accordingly.

Why do some ZIN members have Warm-Ups + Cooldowns included while others pay extra?
The availability of Warm-Ups + Cooldowns, along with other features, depends on the membership plan and the time of joining:
ZIN Classic (grandfathered plans with lower base rates): Warm-Ups + Cooldowns are not included as default and require a monthly add-on cost of $2.95.
ZIN Membership for members joining after July 1, 2014: Warm-Ups + Cooldowns and DJ Mix are included in the base membership. These features cannot be removed or discounted.
