Rejoining ZIN Membership: Access to Training Materials, ZIN Content, and Credentials

When you rejoin the ZIN membership, many aspects of your previous account, including access to previously acquired materials and credentials, will be restored. Below, we provide a comprehensive overview of what happens when you rejoin ZIN and how access works for training materials, ZIN content, and instructor credentials based on your membership history.

Access to Training Materials

  • If you reactivate your ZIN membership, your Zumba Basic 1 license and access to training materials, including Zumba Basic 1 Training via ZIN™ Now, will be reinstated. Previously acquired on-demand courses will become available again.

  • For materials released during inactive periods (e.g., ZIN membership on hold or canceled), these will not be restored. It is recommended to download your materials before canceling to ensure uninterrupted access.

Access to ZIN Volumes, Music, and Mega Mixes

  • Upon reactivating your membership, you regain access to all ZIN volumes and materials that were released during your prior active membership period. These items will appear in your ZIN NOW library.

  • Any ZIN volumes or content released while your membership was inactive will not be automatically accessible. However, you can check the ZIN NOW Shop to purchase these missing volumes, or watch for occasional promotions offering access to past releases.

  • If you rejoin, you may regain access to your previous songs (e.g., music from 2021) as long as your original account data is intact. Access can be verified after rejoining.

Instructor Credentials and Specialties

  • Specialties and instructor credentials completed prior to membership cancellation will carry over upon reactivation. You do not need to retake Basic 1 or other certifications if these were already completed.

  • If your account was revoked due to a chargeback or other issues, you may need to re-register and retake Zumba Basic 1 training to regain access and teaching rights.

Account and Technical Procedures

  • When rejoining the program, you do not need to create a new account if your previous one remains active. Use your existing email and credentials to log in. If you lose access to your old account email, contact support to update your information and proceed with rejoining.

By understanding these guidelines, you can ensure a seamless transition back into the ZIN membership program and maximize access to your instructor resources. For additional support, reach out to Zumba’s customer service team.
