What is the ZIN Play App?
The ZIN Play app is the all-in-one mobile application for music playlist creation and choreo. It is exclusively available and free for all ZIN members in good standing! All of your ZIN Now content (ZIN Volumes, Mega Mixes, etc) will be available to stream via the ZIN Play app - anytime, anywhere - meaning you don't have to download content, leaving storage space available on your device.
To access the ZIN Play App, you must have an active ZIN membership, which is achieved after completing a Zumba instructor training course and enrolling in the ZIN program during or after registration. This ensures that all features of the app are available to active ZIN members.
With the app, you can:
Access music from ZINTM Now and your music library directly from your phone.
Create and save your own playlists.
Search for tracks by keywords or BPM.
Adjust volume on tracks in your playlists from different music sources.
Crossfade between songs to ensure smooth transitions in your playlists.
Trim songs to find your perfect track length.
Slow down or speed up the song tempo to balance out your playlist.
Customize your songs to include sound effects.
Add water breaks to give your students a chance to hydrate between songs.
Access your playlists without the need for a wireless internet connection.
The ZIN Play app includes:
ZIN Now content: ZIN Volumes, Mega Mixes, Specialty, Bonus content, etc.
Featured playlists and songs, exclusively available on the ZIN Play app!
Music Library – Access to music that is downloaded onto the member’s phone.
Android users - Can add any music that is stored on their phone in an mp3 or mp4 format.
iOS users – Can add songs from Apple Music and iTunes, except songs that are stored on iCloud; these songs will not be accessible unless downloaded onto the phone. (ZIN members who also have Apple Music paid subscriptions will be able to access their entire Apple Music library.)
Difference Between ZIN Play and ZIN Now
ZIN Play: A mobile app accessible on iOS and Android, designed for playlist creation and choreography tools using your ZIN member credentials.
ZIN Now: A web-based platform on zumba.com offering videos, ZIN volumes, and instructor resources, accessible via ZIN Home from your account.
Offline Music Access Procedures
Download music or videos directly within the app for offline access.
Play content from the app during classes without requiring internet connectivity.- Import tracks from iTunes, provided they are not DRM-protected, ensuring seamless integration of compatible music into your playlists.
Troubleshooting Login Issues
If you’ve recently updated your email or profile details, log in using your updated credentials.
Use the 'Forgot password' option on the login screen to reset your credentials and regain access if you're experiencing login difficulties.
The ZIN Play app is available on both iOS and Android phones.
How to Install the ZIN Play App
Open the App Store (iOS devices) or Google Play Store (Android devices).
Search for 'ZIN Play,' download, and install the app.
Log in using your ZIN member credentials once installed.

Please Note: While the ZIN Play app is optimized for mobile devices, there is limited support for tablets. Wearable devices (e.g., iWatch, Fitbit) are not supported.
