Forgot Password
If you have forgotten your password, click here to login via an email link.
There are two options to choose from:
SEND ME A LINK - You will receive an email with a link to sign into your account. The link will expire in 24 hours.
βRESET MY PASSWORD - We will send you an email with instructions to reset your password.
For either option, the email will be sent to the email address associated with your account. If you have completed this action and did not receive our email, please make sure to check the email SPAM or junk folder. To avoid potential issues after the password reset:
Manually enter your password instead of using auto-filled entries.
Update your browser and clear the cache, or consider using an alternate browser or device.
Ensure Caps Lock is turned off and the correct keyboard layout is selected.
If the email is still not received, request the reset link be sent to an alternate email address.
Update Account Password
If you simply want to update the password on your account for security purposes, please follow these steps:
Log in at www.zumba.com or www.STRONGNation.com
Hover over your name in the top-right corner, and click on My Account
Under the Settings section, select Security
In the Password section, select the pencil icon
Enter your Current Password, the New Password, and click SAVE
The password must be longer than 10 characters and must contain at least two of the following characters: Uppercase, Lowercase, Number, Symbol.
