Class Management makes it super easy for you to collect payments for your classes!

Class Management makes it super easy for you to collect payments for your classes. When posting your class, there is a section dedicated to Payment Methods. You will see the following options:

  • PayPal + Credit Card

  • Other Payment Method

  • Or, I don't take payment directly
    (This last option is only available for In Person classes)

You must select at least one of the payment methods to post a class but feel free to select all that apply.

Below you will find additional information about each option and how it can work for you.


PayPal + Credit Card

For users with PayPal, you can connect your PayPal account to receive payments directly. PayPal offers your students payment via PayPal, credit card, and other local payment options.

  • You'll need to enter the email address you use with PayPal to receive payments. Please make sure to enter the email correctly.

  • If you added your PayPal email in the Class Management settings, or you have posted a previous class using the PayPal payment method, this field will be prefilled for you whenever you select this option. (Make sure to update your settings and this field if your PayPal information has changed.)


Other Payment Method

For users who do not have a PayPal account and want to collect payment via cash, or through different apps such as Venmo, Zelle, or Cash app, you can choose the option for Other Payment Method.

Make sure to leave clear instructions in the field provided, so your students know how they should pay for your class.

You will also be required to create a "Class Code" for this class so your student can register online. Once your student sends you payment, you can send them the "Class Code" which they can enter at checkout for the class. This way they will be successfully registered.


I Don't Take Payment Directly

Lastly, you have the option to select "I don't take payment directly" for classes where payment is collected by your gym, the location, or for other classes where you don't receive payment directly.

  • This option is only available for In Person classes.

  • In the process of posting a class, you will have entered the location of the In Person class. The Booking URL field will be prefilled with the website provided by Google for the class location you entered. This field can be edited as needed.

  • If the location requires a membership, you can select the toggle button to "YES" and a field will appear where you can let your students know additional information on how to book and attend the class.

  • You can also select if "Free passes are available at this location". On your instructor page, your class will show "Free pass available" under the REGISTER button.


Manage Your Payment Methods - Settings

To help post your classes even faster, you can add your preferred payment methods to the Settings in the Class Management Dashboard. This will prefill the payment method chosen for each class posting. You can remove or update these settings as needed.
