Options to Join ZIN
To become a ZIN member, begin your journey by registering for and attending a Zumba instructor training course. Enrollment is mandatory to qualify for ZIN membership. To qualify for ZIN membership, you must complete one of the following introductory instructor training courses: Zumba Basic 1 Instructor Training, which serves as the foundational course for teaching Zumba® classes, or one of the specialty courses such as Jump Start Gold™, tailored for active older adults, or Jump Start Kids & Kids Jr.™ to cater to younger audiences aged 4-11. Completing any of these courses grants a Zumba® Basic 1 License. During the registration process, you will have the option to sign up for ZIN.
Alternatively, if you have already registered for training but did not sign up for ZIN, no worries! You can also sign up with your ZES (Zumba Education Specialist) at your training event. If you decide not to join ZIN immediately after completing the training, note that your teaching license is valid for six months from the date of training. You can join ZIN during this six-month window to extend your license. However, if this period expires, the training must be retaken to activate ZIN membership.
If you have already attended a training and are ready to take the next step, you can join ZIN on your own by logging into zumba.com and selecting "Join ZIN".
