What is SYNC?

SYNC, The STRONG Nation Network, is a monthly membership exclusively for STRONG Nation™ instructors, designed to enhance your teaching experience and increase your income. When you join SYNC, you instantly get an unparalleled level of support, education, and tools to keep your classes fresh and your students seeing results.

As a member, you'll enjoy extended licensing beyond the initial 6-month instructor license, eliminating the need for additional training courses. Membership benefits also include:

Options to Join SYNC

The option for joining SYNC is available during registration to an introductory STRONG Nation training course.

If you have already registered for a training but did not sign up for SYNC, no worries! You may also sign up with your MT, the Master Trainer for your training. Joining will give you access to tools that are introduced during your training and will prepare you to start teaching your first class right away!

If you have already attended a training and are ready to take the next step, you can join SYNC on your own by logging into STRONGNation.com and selecting "Join SYNC".

How to Rejoin SYNC

If you were an instructor in the past and would like to return to teaching, let us be the first to welcome you back! We've added some incredible benefits and you’ll get exclusive access to new tools that are sure to pack your classes! Click here to Rejoin SYNC!

At any time, you can login to your existing account, hover over your name in the top-right corner, and select the rejoin option. You’ll be able to select optional membership Add-On Benefits and update your payment information. It's the perfect time to be a member!
