Find a Zumba Class
Zumba® is perfect for everybody and every body! Each Zumba® class is designed to bring people together to sweat it on. We take the "work" out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you'll see why Zumba® Fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise.
There are a variety of Zumba classes to choose from such as Zumba® Step, Zumba® Toning, Aqua Zumba®, Zumba Sentao™, Zumba Gold®, Zumba® Kids or Zumba® Kids Jr., etc. Learn more about each class type here: Class Types
To find a Zumba class, go to www.zumba.com and click on Local Classes in the top-right corner of the site. Select the option for In Person, Zoom, or Video On Demand.
Find a STRONG Nation Class
STRONG Nation® combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio, and plyometric training moves synced to original music that has been specifically designed to match every single move. Every squat, every lunge, every burpee is driven by the music, helping you make it to that last rep, and maybe even five more. In each class you'll burn calories while toning arms, legs, abs, and glutes. Plyometric or explosive moves like high knees, burpees, and jumping jacks are interchanged with isometric moves like lunges, squats, and kickboxing. STRONG Nation™ instructors change up the music and moves frequently to make sure you’re always challenged to the max.
STRONG Nation® also has options to suit your specific goals. The original STRONG Nation® class is a demanding hour-long session that works your entire body. It’s ideal for hitting your ultimate fitness goals — and then making new ones. STRONG Nation® also has a 30-minute class option that still packs a total-body workout into 30 minutes. This efficient and focused class helps you fit fitness into any schedule.

How To Use Class Search Filters
Find the ideal class that fits your needs by using the search filters.
First, select the Class Format: In Person, Zoom, or On Demand. In each section, you will find the search filters at the top of the page. You can enter information such as your location and/or the date and time you are interested in attending a class.
You can narrow down the search even further by selecting the + sign in the More Filters box. Additional filters may include Days of the Week, Distance, Duration, Workout Level, Class Type, or Music.

Since all of our instructors are independent, the accuracy of their individual pricing information, schedule, and facility location is their own responsibility. Before attending a class, please contact the gym and/or instructor listed to verify all information is up-to-date.
