How to Cancel or Pause Your Membership
We’re truly sorry to hear that you’re considering canceling your ZIN or SYNC membership. It's been a pleasure having you as part of our community. Before you decide to leave, we want to remind you of an alternative option to keep your teaching license active and maintain access to your hard-earned benefits and progress.
Consider Putting Your Membership On Hold
Instead of canceling your membership, you have the option to put your account on hold. This program allows you to:
Retain your teaching license(s), certifications, and original membership perks.
Avoid a reinstatement fee.
Pay a nominal fee of $9 per month during the hold period, which accumulates and is deducted from your membership dues upon reactivation.
Membership benefits, including access to apps and digital content, are temporarily suspended and will be automatically reactivated at the end of the hold period. If needed, you can contact Zumba to reactivate earlier.

Make sure to provide the name and email address associated with your ZIN and/or SYNC membership to ensure we can find your account. If you don't know your PID, it can be found on your ZIN™ status card or SYNC Network card.
Please Note:
If you have both a ZIN and SYNC membership, we do not have the option to place only one membership on hold. If you enroll in the Hold Program, both memberships will be placed on hold. (This applies to CIRCL Mobility as well.)
Once your request is approved, you will receive a confirmation email that will include important details about your hold and the date your account will automatically be reactivated.
Your benefits will be suspended for the duration of the hold, including your access to the member-exclusive apps (ZIN Play, SYNC Go, and ClassBuzz).
How to Cancel Your Membership
At this time, cancellations must be completed through our website and cannot be processed via email, letter, or voicemail. To make this as easy as possible, please follow the links below to complete your request online:
Please be aware that if you have dual memberships for ZIN and SYNC, you must cancel each membership individually.
To ensure you aren't charged fees for the next month, you must complete your cancellation on or before the last business day of the month. Once you have completed the process, you will receive a confirmation email.
For example, if the last business day of the month falls on a Friday, ensure the process is completed before the close of business hours that day.
CIRCL Mobility™ is an exclusive benefit available only to active ZIN or SYNC members. When you cancel your ZIN or SYNC membership, your access to CIRCL Mobility™ and all associated benefits will automatically terminate if The CIRCL Instructor Network is included in your plan. This is because CIRCL Mobility is only offered to active members of ZIN or SYNC. If you wish to retain or modify your CIRCL Mobility membership, you must do so before canceling your ZIN or SYNC primary membership. Reactivation after cancellation may involve additional steps. Consider taking time to review your membership plans carefully and contact Zumba Support for guidance if needed.
