How to Cancel or Pause Your Membership
We’re truly sorry to hear that you’re considering canceling your ZIN or SYNC membership. It's been a pleasure having you as part of our community. Before you decide to leave, we want to remind you of an alternative option to keep your teaching license active and maintain access to your hard-earned benefits and progress.
Consider Putting Your Membership On Hold
Instead of canceling your membership, you have the option to put your account on hold. This program allows you to:
Retain your teaching license(s), certifications, and original membership perks.
Avoid a reinstatement fee.
Pay a nominal fee of $9 per month during the hold period, which accumulates and is deducted from your membership dues upon reactivation.
Membership benefits, including access to apps and digital content, are temporarily suspended and will be automatically reactivated at the end of the hold period. If needed, you can contact Zumba to reactivate earlier. To enroll in the Membership Hold Program, ensure you:
Contact support@zumba.com to initiate the hold.
Provide the length of hold you are requesting.
Provide the reason for placing the membership on hold.
How to Cancel Your Membership
To cancel your membership, follow these steps:
Log in to your Zumba account using your instructor username and password at zumba.com or strong.zumba.com.
Hover your cursor over your name in the upper-right corner and select My Account.
Under the Membership section, click on Instructor Network.
Scroll to the Support section and select the Cancel Membership link. Once completed, you will receive a confirmation email. If you have dual memberships for ZIN and SYNC, ensure that you cancel each one individually using these steps.For CIRCL Mobility™, note that it is available exclusively as an add-on to an active ZIN membership. Canceling your ZIN membership will automatically terminate your access to CIRCL Mobility.
Important: to ensure you aren’t charged fees for the next month, please remember to cancel your membership on or before the last business day of the current month.
