How to Cancel or Pause Your Membership
We’re genuinely sorry to hear that you’re considering cancelling your ZIN or SYNC membership. It's been a pleasure having you as part of our community. Before you decide to leave, we want to remind you of an alternative option to keep your teaching license active and maintain access to your hard-earned benefits and progress.
Consider Putting Your Membership On Hold
Instead of cancelling your membership, you have the option to put your account on hold for only $9 per month. This amount accrues during your Hold and is credited toward your regular dues when you return to ZIN and/or SYNC.

The Hold Program Details
When you place your account on Hold, all benefits pause—this includes your license to teach Zumba® and/or STRONG Nation classes, access to ZIN Play/SYNC GO, and all digital content.
If you have more than one membership (ZIN™, SYNC™, or The CIRCL™), placing your account on hold will pause all of them.
When you reactivate, you keep your original “member since” date, all licenses (including specialties), and regain access to the digital Volumes and/or Quadrants you had before going on Hold. You’ll also avoid the USD$175 reinstatement fee.
While on Hold, you’re billed $9/month. This amount accrues during your Hold and is credited toward your regular dues when you return to ZIN and/or SYNC. Your account auto-reactivates at the end of your Hold period.
Please Note:
Your account must have a recurring monthly payment method on file, and your payments must be up to date. If you have an outstanding balance on your account, this must be paid before you can go on Hold.
Hold requests received after 7:00 PM EST on the 20th take effect the following month.
How to Cancel Your Membership
Currently, cancellations must be completed through our website and cannot be processed via email, letter, or voicemail. To make this as easy as possible, you can follow the links below to complete your request online.

Next, click the Options button and select "Cancel".
Please Note:
If you have dual memberships for ZIN and SYNC, you must cancel each membership separately.
To avoid being charged fees for the next month, you must complete your cancellation on or before the last business day of the current month. (For example, if the last business day of the month falls on a Friday, please make sure the process is completed before the close of business hours that day.) Once you have completed the process, you will receive a confirmation email.
CIRCL Mobility™ is an exclusive benefit available only to active ZIN or SYNC members. When you cancel your ZIN or SYNC membership, your access to CIRCL Mobility™ and all associated benefits will automatically terminate if The CIRCL Instructor Network is included in your plan. If you wish to retain or modify your CIRCL Mobility membership, you must do so before cancelling your ZIN or SYNC primary membership. Reactivation after cancellation may involve additional steps. Please take a moment to review your membership plans carefully and contact Zumba Support for guidance, if needed.
