After attending an instructor training course, please follow the steps listed below to locate your certificate of completion:
Login to your account on www.zumba.com or www.strongnation.com
ZIN and/or SYNC Members - Open My Trainings and Programs
(The link can be found on the ZIN or SYNC Home page, in the left-hand menu)
Non-Members - Open My Trainings
(The link can be found in the drop-menu when you hover over your name in the top-right corner of the website)
Locate the section "Already Attended"
click on the Options link next to your training
Select Download Certificate
The download of the certificate of completion should begin automatically and the file saved to your device for printing.
NOTE: After attending an instructor training course, it can take up to 10 business days for an account to be reconciled. During this period, you may not have access to the certificate of completion from your training course. Please let us know if you still do not have access after this allotted time frame.
