Download Your Certificate of Completion

How to download your certificate of completion after attending an Instructor Training.

After attending an instructor training course, your certificate of completion will be available directly in your account!

  1. Log in to your account on www.zumba.com or www.strongnation.com

  2. Locate the section "Already Attended" and click on the Options button next to your instructor training course.

  3. Select the option to Download Certificate. The download of the certificate of completion should begin automatically, and the file will be saved to your device for printing.

Certificate not showing in your account?

Your certificate only becomes available once your training status updates to "Already Attended." This usually happens within 24 hours of your session being finalized by the trainer.

If your certificate isn't appearing after 24 hours, try the following:

  • Make sure you're logged into the same account you used to register for the training.

  • Check that your training appears under "Already Attended" — if it still shows as "Upcoming" or "Registered," the status hasn't updated yet.

  • Log out and back in to refresh your account, then check again.

If your certificate is still missing after following these steps, contact our support team with your training date and location, the email address used to register, and the trainer or event name (if known).
