Report an Unlicensed Instructor
Report an Unlicensed Instructor

Help us protect the brand and report any unlicensed instructors!

Updated over 7 months ago

Thank you for caring and protecting the Zumba® brand! If you are concerned there is an unlicensed instructor teaching classes, below you will find information on how to help.

Report An Unlicensed Instructor

To report an illegal instructor, email us at: ip@zumba.com

Make sure to include:

  • The instructor’s name

  • contact information

  • Any evidence you have of them teaching

Zumba® takes all legal inquiries seriously and our Legal Compliance department promptly investigates all leads. In many cases, privacy issues prohibit that department from releasing the results of any investigation and/or actions. If you reported a matter that appears to be unresolved, please feel free to contact us again and provide any additional information you possess.

You can trust us to discreetly handle your illegal instructor report. We’ll do our best to stop this party crasher!

Check For Licensed Instructors

Alternatively, the easiest and fastest way to know if an instructor is licensed is to check the Find an Instructor page.

You can search by name and/or location, and within a specific radius (miles/kilometers).

An instructor's name and location are based on the information they have provided in their account. Also, while all licensed instructors are listed on our websites, only ZIN and SYNC members will have an Instructor Profile detailing their posted classes.
