How Does The Zoom Add Work?
The Zoom Studio Add-On integrates the easy-to-use Zoom platform directly through Class Management to host livestream classes. We’ve negotiated a special price just for ZIN™ and SYNC Members for this optional upgrade at $7.50 per month, allowing you to save while also taking advantage of premium Zoom features, like the ability to host up to 300 people, visually interact with students, ability to record your class, breakout rooms, and more!
Get the Zoom Add-On: Visit your ZIN™ or SYNC Membership page, click “Browse Add-On Benefits”, and upgrade to the Zoom Add-On.
Create a Class: Manage your Zoom Zumba® and STRONG Nation™ classes, as well as any other fitness classes, through the class management dashboard.
Host away: Students can access your classes through zumba.com or strongnation.com, or via a direct link you will get when you create your class.
When will I get access to my Zoom Add-On?
Immediately! The day you sign up for the Zoom Add-On, you’ll be able to start hosting Zoom livestreams through your class management platform.
If I get the Zoom Add-On, can I cancel it anytime?
Contact our Customer Care team, and they will help you downgrade if you no longer want to continue with the Zoom Add-On. Support is available via chat, email, and phone.
Please note that the current month's membership fee must be processed before we can remove the add-on and the downgrade would be effective at the end of the month.
