What is the ClassBuzz app?
ClassBuzz is the exclusive mobile app that allows ZIN™ and SYNC Members to easily create + personalize content to help promote themselves and their classes!
Who has access to the ClassBuzz app?
The ClassBuzz app is available to all ZIN™ and SYNC Members in good standing.
How do I download the ClassBuzz app?
You can download the ClassBuzz app directly from the app store on your mobile device.
Will my monthly membership fees change if I download or use the ClassBuzz app?
No, your monthly fees will not change.
On what devices can I use the ClassBuzz app?
The ClassBuzz app is available on both iOS and Android phones.
What will I be able to access on ClassBuzz?
You'll be able to access custom-created templates and app-exclusive Zumba and STRONG Nation branded content including images, videos, logos, stickers + more!
Note: ZIN™ Members with Specialty Licenses will have access to additional content for Specialties that they're licensed in.
What happens to my ClassBuzz access if I put my membership on hold?
If you put your account on hold, we will hold on to the content for you. When your account reactivates, you will have all the content that you previously had as a ZIN™ and/or SYNC Member in good standing.
What happens to my ClassBuzz access if I end my membership?
If you end your membership, you will lose access to the ClassBuzz app and all your app content.
How do I know what version of the ClassBuzz app I am on?
Open the ClassBuzz app, and click on the top right icon on the homescreen. You can see the version of the app listed there.
Can I download my content from the ClassBuzz app onto my phone?
Yes, once you are done creating your post, simply click share and save to your mobile device.
How do I create a post from scratch?
For iOS, click on the square and plus sign icon located next to the "Classes" button on the left side of the homescreen. For Android, click on the plus sign on the lower right side of the homescreen.
How do I access posts that were previously created?
You can find all previously created posts by clicking on the top right icon on the homescreen and then clicking on "Post History". These posts can easily be shared to your social channels from your "Post History".
How do I edit posts that were previously created?
Currently, you are not able to edit previously created posts.
