What is a SYNC Lab?
A 3-hour session led by a licensed STRONG Tech that takes you through interactive drills using the latest class content, designed to improve your form and technique, and to help you teach your classes as effective and safe as possible. The best part? You will get one-on-one interaction and personal feedback from your STRONG Tech.
What do the SYNC Lab Sessions consist of?
The SYNC labs are small-to-mid group live sessions, designed to help you improve the techniques and skills needed to teach effective classes. Using content from the latest Quadrant releases, you will learn how to use switchouts appropriately for your students, how to execute them with proper form, and how to cue them.
Who are STRONG Techs?
STRONG Techs are skilled professionals handpicked by the Home Office based on their superior form, technique, and coaching skills. They’ll challenge you as hard as you challenge your students. Get ready for a true love/hate relationship.
What are the requirements to attend a SYNC Lab Session?
To participate in a SYNC Lab session, you must be a SYNC Member in good standing at the time of the session. Please note that you must present proof of your membership status by printing your status card from SYNC Home and bringing it to the session.
How do I find a SYNC Lab Session in my area?
Once logged into your SYNC account, click here to find a SYNC Lab Session near you!
You can also search for SYNC Lab Sessions by going to SYNC Home. Under the "Trainings + Education" section, select "SYNC Labs".

How much does it cost to attend a SYNC Lab Session?
All SYNC Lab Sessions cost $30 USD or its foreign currency equivalent.
How do I become a STRONG Tech?
STRONG Tech calls are periodically announced on SYNC Home, in the SYNC Updates newsletter, and via email. When a call is announced, just follow the instructions on how to apply.
How can I request a SYNC Lab Session at my facility?
You can contact a STRONG Tech directly through their Instructor Page for additional information on hosting a SYNC Lab Session.
What do I get once I finish my SYNC Lab?
Certificate of Completion
Continuing Education Credits
SYNC Members must contact a STRONG Tech directly to obtain the appropriate document to redeem these continuing education credits.
Credits are awarded by attending one workshop.
The maximum number of credits a SYNC Member can receive monthly is for one workshop per month.
