Easily identifiable passwords

This article covers why your password may not be accepted by the Zylpha bundling platform as it has been identified as easy to guess.

Updated over 2 weeks ago

As part of our security processes, when you create a Zylpha account we ask you to create a password which must meet the following criteria:

Password Requirements:

Minimum Length: Your password must be at least 12 characters long.

Uppercase Letter: Include at least one uppercase letter (A-Z).

Lowercase Letter: Include at least one lowercase letter (a-z).

Number: Include at least one number (0-9).

Special Character: Include at least one special character (e.g., !@#$%^&*).

In addition to these requirements, we also check passwords against a centrally held list of commonly know passwords that are easy to guess or work out.

If you create a password that has been classed as 'easily identifiable' then you will be presented with the message:

"This password has been classed as 'Easily Identifiable'. For your own security, please create a different password."

If you see this message please create a more complex password.
