Zylpha includes a multi-select tool which allows you to perform certain actions on multiple documents at once.
To begin selecting multiple documents, simply click the selection circle to - selected documents are highlighted blue and will have a ticked selection circle.
With multiple documents selected, a toolbar will appear at the bottom indicating the number of documents selected and containing a number of tools.
These tools include:
Move: Moves the selected documents to a different section
Download: Downloads the selected documents to your machine
Attachments: Allows you to add attachments from selected emails
Auto: Leverages AI to analyse documents and suggest names/dates (Team subscriptions only)
Delete: Deletes the selected documents
