Redaction can be performed in the PDF editor either at a document level or bundle level. More guidance on opening documents or bundles in the PDF editor can be found here.
With your document open in the PDF editor, first select the redaction tool in the ribbon, and select "Search and redact".
This will open a menu on the left hand side allowing you to search for text within the document. To search, type your query into the field, and select "Go" - this will highlight all instances of your query in the document.
To mark the highlighted words for redaction, click "Mark for redaction". Alternatively, if you wish to clear the marked areas you can click the "Clear" button.
To apply the redaction, click the "Apply redaction button".
