When building a bundle using Zylpha, you are able to add placeholder documents to your bundle. This is useful for when you require an index entry for a document, but have not received a copy or the document is otherwise not yet ready.
To add a placeholder document to your bundle, right-click (or use the "...") on the section heading and select "Add Placeholder".
This adds a blank document to the beginning of the section - you can then rename, date and move the document.
When generating the bundle, the placeholder document appears as a blank page, and is paginated in-line with the chosen index style.
