If you're having trouble with the Knock desktop notifications, first check your Google Chrome Settings.

1.  Click on the three vertical dots on the right-hand size of your browser.

2. Click on Settings
3. Click on Advanced > Content Settings

4. Click on Notifications
5. Is Knock listed under the Block tab? If so, click on the three dots and select Allow
