Get credit for all the work you do in Knock by assigning the lead owner for each lead you work!
Every lead that drops into Knock will start under the house account. This will be the apartment complex name. To get credit for the follow ups and tour activities you conduct within Knock in Knock Analytics and your PMS, you need to assign the ownership of that lead to your name!
When you open the prospect profile, select the Owner drop down menu and select your name.
Then select Prospect Only or Prospect Owner+Tour(s) and confirm.
That's it! Now all communication to the prospect will go under your name, your name will be on the email/text signature, and the tours will be pushed to your PMS under your name!
