All of our events use the Event Category Knockbot to help you better sort your data. 

For example, when a user visits your site and the Knockbot greets them, that will fire an event with a category of Knockbot, an Event Action of “Greeting”, and an Event Label of “Received” to indicate it successfully delivered the greeting to the user. There are events that you can attach to goals to enhance your reporting such as “Form Submit”, etc.
