This month, we are continuing to introduce you to our Customer Success Team. Meet Chelsey Hernandez!
Hi everyone! I'm a Customer Success Manager at Procurement Sciences, primarily helping our clients navigate the Awarded.AI platform. Before joining the Procurement Sciences team in August of 2024, I worked in proposal management for a healthcare company and started my career handling RFPs at an architecture firm. With 9 years total in proposal management, I love using this expertise to help customers streamline their processes and create better responses using our tool. I work remotely and live in Tulsa with my husband, my 3-year-old son, and my dog Cora (who might make surprise appearances - and noises - on calls). I love to read and am almost always reading and listening to multiple books at once. I am currently enjoying adding more flowers and plants to my gardens and watching them flourish under the bright Oklahoma sun!
