Once your organization's Awarded AI instance has been created, each user will receive a Microsoft Invitation (Microsoft Invitations on behalf of Awarded AI Managed SaaS <invites@microsoft.com>). It will provide you with the Org specific URL. Users will be required to click on the “Accept Invitation.”

Once logged in using the Microsoft Authenticator App from your cell phone, you will be prompted to enter your Microsoft login. You should not ever be required to reset your password. You will only be required to redo the Microsoft Authenticator if you login using another device.

First, select the blue chat icon in the bottom right corner.

Second, click "Send us a message" or click into the "Messages" tab.
