Follow these steps to withdraw USD from Coast using the Old Glory Pay mobile app on iOS or Android. We recommend using Old Glory Pay if you are an American user because it is the fastest, most cost effective way to move money on to or off of PulseChain.

Withdrawing from your Coast account to your Old Glory account requires three steps:

Withdrawing USD to your bank account requires that you have USD in your Coast Account. The simplest way to do this is to Burn a Stablecoin (USDC / USDT / DAI or CST). But if you have already done this, you can jump to Step 2 - Save your OGP Nickname or Step 3 - Request a Withdraw.

If you have NOT previously approved the Coast app to Burn your Stablecoin (USDC / USDT / DAI or CST), the first of the two buttons in the Burn Summary will be Blue and you will be prompted to Approve. The text at the bottom of the Burn Summary will read "Connect to PulseChain Mainnet to Mint/Burn."

If you have previously approved the app to Burn your Stablecoin (USDC / USDT / DAI or CST) the first of the two buttons in the Burn summary will be grey and read "Wallet Approved". If this is the case, you can continue to Burn using the second button. This button will Burn the amount your entered on the left of the screen. If you want to Burn more/less, change this number.

During this step, your Wallet is sending your Stablecoin (USDC / USDT / DAI or CST) to the Burn Address. The time for this transaction to process depends on the setting you chose when you initiated the transfer.

At this point, the Contract has received Stablecoin (USDC / USDT / DAI or CST) and your Coast account is being credited with USD.

During this step, $USD is being transferred from the Collateral account to your personal account.

Depending on the speed at which the Webhooks are functioning, the Transfer window may or may not close on it's own.

At this point, if the window remains open for longer than 20-30 seconds, simply refresh your browser tab and notice if your burned coins are now showing as a USD balance.

Open the Old Glory Pay app and navigate to the Settings page. On the settings page, select the "Personal Account Info" option.

Set a Nickname. Remember that this is like a Twitter or Venmo handle. It's unique to you. It identifies you within Old Glory pay and is visible to other users of the application. Don't call it "Checking Account" or Old Glory Spending" or anything including the word Coast. Keep it random. Keep it unique. Avoid spaces. Thanks!

Please note that the amount you withdraw cannot exceed your Current Balance.

There should be only one Nickname saved. If you have more than one, please email support@0xcoast.com to correct the error. Include the correct OGP nickname in the email.

Once you select a valid OGP nickname, the Confirm Withdraw button will turn Blue. Click it to finalize your request.

Please note that all OGP withdraws currently incur a $5 processing fee.

To streamline operations, we process Old Glory Pay withdraws in two daily batches, one in the morning and one around 4:00pm EST.
