Follow the steps below to activate your data feed correctly.
Step 1 – Log in to Your Dashboard
Log in to your 10-Four dashboard using your credentials.
On the main dashboard, you’ll see your account status, equity, margin, and objectives.
If prompted, sign the data feed agreement by clicking Sign Now in the top-right notification area. This step must be completed before connecting your feed.
Step 2 – Create the dxFeed Connection
Launch DeepCharts or DeepDOM.
Go to Feed → Feed Settings on the right panel.
Click Add Connection (bottom left).
Enter a name for the connection (for example: dxFeed).
Select dxFeed from the Feed Source dropdown.
Step 3 – Assign Exchanges
Go to Options → Symbol Manage.
Select the exchange(s) you want to subscribe to.
Ensure the Data Feed dropdown is set to dxFeed.
(You can right-click to adjust the source if needed.)
Step 4 – Connect to the Feed
Go to the Feed tab.
Click on your dxFeed connection.
You’ll see a connection indicator on the right panel:
• Yellow = Connecting
• Green = Successfully connected
When the indicator turns green, your data feed is active and ready for trading.
