To be eligible for a payout from a 10-Four Instant account:
• You must not violate any Trading Rules, Terms & Conditions, or the 10-Four Account Agreement.
• Payout requests are final once submitted and cannot be edited or canceled.
• All eligibility requirements reset after each approved payout.
Profit Split Structure
All 10-Four Instant payouts are split:
90% to the trader
10% to 10-Four
Payout Eligibility Criteria
All of the following conditions must be met to qualify for a payout.
1. Minimum Trading Days
You must place at least one trade on 8 separate trading days.
A trading day counts if:
• At least one trade is placed
• The day results in a net profit or loss of at least $1
• The activity occurs between 6:00 PM EST and 4:45 PM EST the following day
The trading day count resets to zero after each approved payout.
2. Consistency Rule
Your largest single trading day profit may not exceed 20% of your total profit during the payout cycle.
The 20% consistency requirement resets after each approved payout.
3. Payout Profit Requirement
You must reach the required profit threshold during each payout cycle.
After an approved payout, the profit counter resets to $0.

Important: If you take a trade before your payout is processed and your balance falls below the required threshold, your payout request may be denied.

Maximum payout amounts depend on account size and payout cycle:

Each payout cycle resets these thresholds.
Payout Processing
There is no fixed payout window. You may request a payout once all eligibility requirements are met.
Once approved:
• Funds are deducted from your account within minutes.
• Payouts are processed to your selected payment method within 2 business days.
