Active Status Policy
Accounts are not required to trade daily or weekly, but must remain active to avoid being flagged.
Accounts that have no trading activity for 30 calendar days will be considered inactive and may be permanently removed from our systems.
Breached Status Policy
If an account breaches its Max Loss Limit, it is still eligible for a reset.
However:
• Breached accounts are automatically deleted after 30 days if no reset is purchased
• Traders may manually remove breached accounts at any time
Steps for Manual Account Removal
Log into your 10FOUR dashboard
Locate the Remove Account option in account management
Confirm the deletion warning
Follow the prompts to finalize removal
