News trading is allowed without restriction on ORIGIN accounts, and within 5 minutes before / after flagged news events on INSTANT accounts.
Scaling Into Trades (DCA)
Scaling into positions or using Dollar Cost Averaging (DCA) is permitted.
However, continuously adding to losing positions (martingale behavior) is strongly discouraged.
Genuine Scalping
Short-term trading strategies are permitted as long as they reflect realistic order execution and market behavior.
All scalping activity must remain within the microscalping policy.
Automated Strategies
Automated systems and trade copiers are allowed.
Traders remain responsible for all automated trading activity.
Flipping
Flipping refers to taking quick trades to meet minimum trading day requirements.
While permitted, traders are encouraged to pursue meaningful trading activity.
