The 10FOUR Daily Account is a one-time fee evaluation. Pass the profit target and your funded account activates immediately — no activation fees, no recurring charges.

No Daily Loss Limit
There is no daily loss limit during evaluation. You have full intraday flexibility — take a loss in the morning and recover by close. The evaluation only measures your end-of-day balance.
Trailing Drawdown
Your drawdown floor updates once per day at 5:00 PM ET, based on your highest end-of-day balance. It follows your profits upward and never moves down. Enforcement is real-time — if your account balance touches the floor at any point during the session, the evaluation fails immediately.
40% Consistency Rule
No single trading day can account for more than 40% of your total cumulative profit at the point of passing. This requires a minimum of 3 profitable trading days to satisfy mathematically. There is no maximum time limit to pass. The consistency rule disappears entirely once you are funded.
Trading Hours
The trading window opens at 6:00 PM ET Sunday and closes at 5:00 PM ET Friday. All positions must be closed by 4:59 PM ET each day — no overnight or swing positions are permitted. Open positions are auto-closed at market close; this does not fail your evaluation but fills may be poor.
Microscalping Rule
At least 50% of your trades must be held longer than 10 seconds, and at least 50% of your total profit must come from those trades. This applies throughout evaluation and funded stages.
News Trading
All Tier 1 events are permitted — FOMC, NFP, CPI, GDP, and all major releases. No blackout periods apply in evaluation or funded accounts. Slippage and volatility around these events are your risk to manage.
Resets
If you fail your evaluation you can reset it — there is no monthly cap on resets. You may also purchase a new evaluation and start fresh instead.
Account | Eval Fee | Reset Fee |
$25,000 | $76 | $65 |
$50,000 | $115 | $99 |
$100,000 | $186 | $155 |
$150,000 | $258 | $215 |
