10FOUR currently supports two platforms:
CQG Desktop: provided by CQG, the same company that supplies the data powering all 10FOUR trading.
TradingView: execute trades directly from TradingView charts.
Requires at least a paid Essential plan on TradingView.
No separate TradingView data subscription required, only the platform plan.
Can I switch between CQG Desktop and TradingView?
No, for two reasons:
They are not connectable to each other. Currently the two operate as separate, independent platform options.
You choose one at checkout, and it's locked in once you place a trade. No switching afterward.
All 10FOUR accounts trade on CQG Desktop or TradingView. If using TradingView then you will be connected via StoneX as the executing broker in the TradingView broker panel as shown below.
How to Connect to TradingView:
How to Connect
Open TradingView (on Desktop), click the Trade button in the top-right corner of TradingView. (You can also click the greyed-out buy/sell buttons on the chart — those open the same broker panel before you're logged in.)
Search for StoneX in the broker list and select it.
Log in with your credentials — your username and password are provided in your 10FOUR welcome email. You can also find your username directly in your 10FOUR dashboard.
Once you're logged in, you'll be able to place trades using the Order ladder or DOM, as well as by right-clicking on the chart to place orders.
Your Login Credentials
Your username is displayed in your 10FOUR dashboard once your account is activated. It follows the format 10F-XXXXXXXXXXXX.
Your password is the one you set when you received your welcome email. If you have forgotten it, you can reset it from your dashboard within the specific account card.
