STATIC accounts use a static drawdown. Your floor is set when the account starts and never moves.
How It Works
Your floor is your starting balance minus your drawdown. It stays there for the life of the account, on both the evaluation and the funded account. It doesn't trail upward as you make profit, and it doesn't move after a payout.
Drawdown by Account Size
Account Size | Static Drawdown | Floor |
$10K | $500 | $9,500 |
$25K | $1,000 | $24,000 |
$50K | $2,000 | $48,000 |
No Daily Loss Limit
There is no daily loss limit on STATIC evaluation or funded accounts. As long as you stay above your floor, a single day's losses won't end your account.
Your Buffer Doesn't Move Your Floor
Once you're funded, a buffer ($600 / $1,100 / $2,100) sits above your starting balance. It only decides how much you can withdraw. It does not raise your floor.
If You Breach Your Drawdown
Your account closes. STATIC accounts can't be reset, so you'd purchase a new evaluation to try again.
