If you have not started using (placing bets with) the bonus yet, follow these steps to cancel it:
Go to the “My Promotions” section and select the active bonus.
Click the “Cancel Bonus” button — the bonus will be removed.
If you encounter any difficulties, contact Customer Support so that specialists can cancel the bonus manually.
💡 Important: The bonus can only be cancelled before wagering has started. If the bonus is cancelled after the wagering process has started, the bonus amount and the balance amount used within the bonus may be deducted from your account. As a result of the cancellation, your current balance will be recalculated according to the bonus rules.
