How to cancel an active bonus?
To cancel a bonus, follow these steps:
Go to the “My Promotions” section and select the active bonus.
Click the “Cancel Bonus” button — the bonus will be removed.
If you encounter any difficulties, contact Customer Support so that specialists can cancel the bonus manually.
💡 Note: A bonus can only be canceled before wagering begins.
