To create a withdrawal request:
Log in to your account.
Click on the profile icon in the top-right corner.
Select “Withdraw”.
You will then be redirected to a page where you can choose the payment method and enter the withdrawal amount.
💡 If you experience difficulties with the withdrawal, make sure that:
Your personal details are filled in correctly — full name, date of birth, phone number, and email (at least one contact must be verified).
Bonus wagering requirements are met — funds cannot be withdrawn before completing them.
If the deposit was made recently, avoid immediate withdrawal — it’s recommended to wager at least 70% of the deposit amount before requesting a withdrawal.
Cross-payment system transfers are prohibited — withdrawal is only possible using the same method as the deposit (for example, if you deposited via card, the withdrawal must also go to that card).
