The app is not working. What should you do?

If you are experiencing issues with the app, we recommend trying the steps below — in most cases, they help resolve the problem.

What you can try first:

🌐 Check your internet connection
Try switching your connection type:

  • switch from Wi-Fi to mobile data or vice versa.

If the app starts working after this, the issue may be related to your internet provider.

🔁 Log in to the app again

  • log out of your account;

  • fully close the app;

  • remove it from background (RAM);

  • log in again.

🔄 Restart your device
Restarting your smartphone often helps fix temporary system errors.

♻️ Reinstall the app

  • delete the app;

  • reinstall it using official download links.
