What are the most common mistakes when depositing cryptocurrency?

Mistake 1: Sending an amount below the minimum deposit limit

What happens:

The minimum deposit amount is, for example, 25 USDT.
You send 25 USDT, but your wallet deducts a 1 USDT network fee.

➡️ As a result, only 24 USDT is received, which is below the minimum limit.
Such transactions are not credited and may not be refundable.

How to do it correctly:

You should send a higher amount so that after the network fee is deducted, at least the minimum deposit amount is received.

📌 Example:
If the fee is 1 USDT, send 26 USDT or more so that 25 USDT arrives.

Calculation example:

❌ Incorrect: 25 USDT sent → 1 USDT fee → 24 USDT received
✅ Correct: 26 USDT sent → 1 USDT fee → 25 USDT received

Mistake 2: Using the wrong network

What happens:

The selected deposit method is USDT TRC-20,
but the transfer is made via the BEP-20 network (not supported).

➡️ This transaction will not be processed and the funds will not be credited.

How to do it correctly:

Always send cryptocurrency only via the network specified when creating the deposit request.

📌 Example:
If the method is USDT TRC-20, the transfer must be made only via the TRC-20 network.

👑 Important information:

  • Always check the minimum deposit amount before transferring;

  • Take network and wallet fees into account;

  • Use only the network specified in the request.
