When to Add a Photo to a Checklist:
For compliance – Take a photo to show safety checks, room setups, or required signs are in place.
For issues that need fixing – Snap a photo of anything broken or unsafe so it can be addressed quickly.
For incidents or injuries – Add a photo (when appropriate) to document if there are incidents or injuries, such as a minor scratch or a fall area.
For documents or records – Upload a photo of forms, licenses, or notices if needed.
Upload a photo to a checklist question
Once you find the checklist you want to complete and clicked the Start button, the tabs and list of questions will appear.
You can upload a photo to any questions (if needed) by clicking the small camera icon on the left side of each question.
You can take a photo using your camera, or upload one already saved on your device.
Draw in the Uploaded photo
You can also draw directly on photos you've taken or uploaded via the camera icon. Just add arrows, circle areas of concern, or highlight important details with free-hand drawing.
